Top Questions for Support I ordered a product with PayPal, but I haven't received my code! Help!
Please click on the link that says "Order description" inside the PayPal confirmation email you received. That has your registration codes.
If you cannot find that email, you can log into your PayPal account, look at the account history, click on the order you placed with us and the URL will be located in the "Order description" field there.
